WHY: To unveil the $4.7 million facility that Capital One donated to Delaware State University last year and that will headquarter the University’s School for Graduate, Adult, and Continuing Education, a new partnership with the Teen Warehouse, the universityâs workforce development center, and an incubation hub for micro and small businesses with a particular focus on minority and women-owned companies. The event will also convene DE civic, nonprofit and political leaders to highlight the importance of public/private partnerships in strengthening the infrastructure of HBCUs and expanding career pathways for students.
