The grand opening of ‘Haute the Studio‘ (@haute.thestudio) owned by Leslie Eugene (@prettyhaute) took place this past Saturday and was a celebratory afternoon of networking with creative minds, neighborhood heroes, and supporters, with artesian drinks and tapas curated by Delaware’s newest chef-crafted modern restaurant, Oath 84.
Located in the heart of North Wilmington, ‘Haute the Studio’ is nestled in one of the community’s staple shopping districts, Miller Commons Shopping Center.
This one-of-a-kind content studio boasts 13 ft high ceilings, and 2000 sqft of multiple, carefully curated sets. It also includes an elevated concrete platform that displays life-size roman clay archways. Its vibe is rustic, and its feels are real! The authenticity that this set provides is perfect for photos and videos in need of character and texture.

The setup adjacent to the archways is a modernized non-functional kitchen complete with a stovetop, running parallel to a black slatted kitchen island. Perfect for lifestyle and culinary content creators, and e-commerce product photos. The kitchen’s neighboring sets are a minimal, modern living room, that sits in front of a gray lime-washed accent wall, and an 8ft Silk Floral wall. For the content creators and creatives looking for blank canvases to build out their own vision, ‘Haute the Studio’ provides both a white molded accent wall and a 15 ft wide space for photographers to use a backdrop for portraits, full body photos, or product photography.
Haute the Studio left no creative stone unturned. The studio proudly gloats a 150 SQFT, state-of-the-art podcast studio. This high-level audio and visual studio includes high-definition microphones and soundboard technology.
Haute, the Studio is now available for booking via Peerspace.
