Keith Jackson, age 19, is a driven and passionate sophomore at Grambling State University, is making waves both on and off campus. Hailing from Wilmington, Delaware, Keith is double-majoring in Mass Communications and Sports Management, while balancing an impressive roster of leadership roles. As the Editor-in-Chief of The Gramblinite, Grambling’s Award-winning HBCU student newspaper, Keith has already left his mark by spearheading a dynamic rebrand and launching the publication’s first-ever digital edition. He is also the host of Spoken and Unfiltered, a bold radio show on KGRM 91.5, where he dives into pop culture and current issues affecting the Black community.
Outside of media, Keith is a Division I cheerleader and the Founder and CEO of POCCM, a management and consulting company amplifying the voices of talent of color. His leadership extends to his involvement in the ROTC, student organizations, and as a budding entrepreneur with a focus on real estate investment through his company NexxRise which is also in the works of launching soon. Keith’s dedication to his HBCU community, his drive to make an impact, and his innovative mindset are paving the way for his future as an entertainment mogul and executive.
