My company would be made up of licensed agents who specialize in new construction, first time buyers, sellers, investors, and property management and even development. As a result, many of our clients go from being our tenant to buying their first home, all the way to becoming a real estate investor with rentals of their own. That’s what makes us proud — helping others capture this vision of Real Estate. – best thing about my company infrastructure is that it allows us to serve our clients better in either process even brokerages that in either process even than brokerages that choose to specialize in just one process – As the principal broker, Collena Hope has been in the real estate industry for over a combined experience of 22 years as a new construction, a residential resales expert and rentals. She has built several businesses prior to opening the brokerage we know of today. She currently has a broker license in the state of Delaware, Maryland and the state of Georgia, also a real estate school “Hope Realty Institute of Delaware. In which she is looking to expand in every state she has a brokers license in. This would be an opportunity for each agent or partner to expand their business in and or also teach or being apart of the real estate school.
