Trasina Miller (@heytrasina) graduated from Newark High School and began her journey with the Wilmington Police Department in August 2023. After months of rigorous training, she proudly graduated with her class in January 2024. Becoming a police officer has always been a lifelong passion for Miller. Having grown up in Wilmington, she witnessed its transformation firsthand and felt called to be a pillar of change for her community. Miller is dedicated to serving as a face of hope and trust, striving to show that not all officers are the same and that law enforcement can be a safe, reliable presence in people’s lives.
