We all know that being from and living in Delaware can have a certain stigma. And Delaware Black Influencers are not exempt. We have all heard it before:

• Do black people live in Delaware?
• Is everyone in Delaware related?
• Why are you going to / what’s in Delaware?
• Nobody famous is from Delaware.
• There’s nothing to do in Delaware … it’s boring!

Some might ask what is an influencer?

Via – An influencer is someone who has:

• the power to affect the purchasing decisions of others because of his or her authority, knowledge, position, or relationship with his or her audience.
• a following in a distinct niche, with whom he or she actively engages. The size of the following depends on the size of his/her topic of the niche.

Well with that being said, we put out a call on our Instagram account asking for our followers to help us identify some of our Delaware Black Influencers … and they more than came through!
