Terrell A. Williams to Run for Delaware State House of Representatives District 9

To The 9th District Constituents and all Delawareans: My name is Terrell A. Williams, and I am the Democratic candidate for Delaware’s 9th Representative District seat. The 9th District needs a leader who is willing to work across the aisle to pass meaningful legislation. We need a change agent who is willing to bring democracy, diplomacy, and decorum back to our statehouse. I am running to protect our civil rights and civil liberties from lies and innuendos meant to divide and distract our communities from real issues. I am running to focus our attention on issues prevalent and unique to our district, like internet accessibility, infrastructure and development, traffic congestion, and voter rights. Issues that members of our district can no longer wait to be resolved. Therefore, I believe a change in leadership is needed.
