A talented and accomplished 15-year-old, Hollins has already built an impressive resume as an award-winning artist, singer, photographer, videographer, model, trained dancer, youth journalist, community advocate, and actress. Although born in Philadelphia, she has called Delaware home since 2015 and has dedicated herself to using the arts as a platform for service and positive community impact.
Hollins is a member of The Cause Production Crew at Bellevue Community Center, where she combines her passion for videography and filmmaking with community service projects. She also serves as co-host of the Wilmington Renaissance Radio Show on WHGE 95.3 FM alongside her mother, Samantha Hollins, providing a valuable youth perspective on issues affecting the community.
Now, as Miss Juneteenth Delaware 2026, Hollins says she is committed to continuing her mission of uplifting young people through the arts while inspiring others to serve their communities.
The Delaware Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant welcomes young ladies ages 8 to 18 and is divided into three divisions: Juniors (ages 8–11), Showcase (ages 12–14), and Seniors (ages 15–18). Beginning each February, participants take part in months of workshops focused on etiquette, social skills, essay writing, public speaking, modeling, nutrition, proper attire, African American history, spirituality, and leadership development.
Community service remains a cornerstone of the program, encouraging contestants to become active leaders in their communities. The organization also operates the Delaware Juneteenth Association Family Enrichment Program, which brings families together through educational, cultural, and service-oriented activities that promote strong family values and lifelong connections.
Congratulations to Lihlo Flower Hollins on earning the title of Miss Juneteenth Delaware 2026. Her passion for creativity, leadership, and community service represents the spirit of the Juneteenth celebration and reflects the bright future of Delaware’s next generation of leaders.
