New Castle County police have issued an Amber Alert for 3-year-old Nola Dinkins, who was reportedly abducted at gunpoint Tuesday night. Police say an unknown white male, described as bald and in his mid-40s, took Nola from the 500 block of Gender Road. The suspect was armed and wearing a black hoodie and gray shorts. He fled in a rusted or dirty dark SUV, possibly a Ford or Chevrolet, driven by an unidentified white female. Nola is a Black girl, 3 feet tall, 25 pounds, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black leggings, and white shoes. Anyone with information should call 911.
