The high-octane dessert competition premieres Saturday, November 9, at 9 PM ET/PT, spotlighting elite pastry chefs from across America as they craft jaw-dropping edible masterpieces that redefine the limits of dessert design.
Hosted by Wells Adams, Sweet Empire features legendary judges Jacques Torres and Yolanda Gampp, two icons of pastry excellence who bring decades of expertise and precision to every challenge. Each episode tests the chefs’ mastery of flavor, engineering, and storytelling — demanding artistry that’s as emotionally captivating as it is technically flawless.
