Chef Jenesis is featured on Episode 31 of Dish It Out, the new Prime Video cooking show hosted by Matilda “Tilly” Ramsay, daughter of world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. The series, which premiered September 26, highlights guest chefs as they share their stories and cook globally inspired dishes alongside Tilly as she steps into her own culinary spotlight.

“Being a part of the show is the extension of my purpose, to never give up, to take every ‘no’ and transmute it into a ‘yes.’ All it takes is one yes. Culinary and creating art is my life’s work, and it’s what feeds me. Having the opportunity to share my love of culinary with the world is truly a gift.” — Chef Jenesis

A self-taught culinary artist since age eight, Jenesis broke new ground in Delaware with the launch of Believe It, It’s Vegan, creating a hub where food, culture, and community came together. Her innovative plant-based cuisine has been spotlighted by Rolling Out Magazine, FOX Good Day Philadelphia, Delaware Online, and Technical.ly.

Although the Smyrna restaurant is currently on pause, Jenesis has embraced this season as one of healing and reinvention, continuing her mission through catering, private chef services, teaching, and media features, all with the goal of making plant-based living flavorful, accessible, and unforgettable.

Her appearance on Dish It Out is another step forward in her quest to put Delaware on the map and inspire others to transform challenges into opportunities.
